Why are you cheaper?

We are 25% cheaper than most competing agents.We have streamlined the estate agency process and tried to cut back overheads where we can. These time saving and cost cutting processes have enabled us to pass on great savings to you.

Can I change packages?

Once you have picked your fee package, you will remain on this package until your property sells. You can not swap during the marketing of the property.

Why do I need Bolt-ons

Bolt-ons are great way to boost the exposure of your property, generating interest and finding you a buyer. Bolt-ons can be used through the marketing period. You may want to start with a full throttle marketing campaign to achieve a quick sale or perhaps to stimulate some more interest after a quiet period in the market. Bolt-ons are great.
