Jonathan Garforth founded Garforth Gray to do estate agency differently: to use technology to make buying and selling easier, and to back it with old-fashioned hard work.
We work only as a sole agent and are the Island’s largest residential agency by listings. The office keeps working after it closes. Through their Garforth Gray account, clients book valuations and viewings, make offers and follow progress at any hour.

The UK Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which have recognised achievement across the property and real estate industry since 1993. The organisers describe an International Property Award as “a world-renowned mark of excellence”.
Entries are judged on service, quality, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability by a panel of more than 100 independent experts, each reviewing categories in their own field. In each category, five stars go only to the highest-scoring entry. Those winners go forward to the International Awards, where the best from every world region are judged against each other to decide the leading property companies worldwide.

Estate agency is something I’ve loved for as long as I can remember, and I always believed the experience for the customer could be made much better and more instant.
We never wanted to do things the way they’d always been done. We wanted to question every part of the process, take out what didn’t need to be there, and make moving home simpler.
To win two UK awards means a great deal to us. We’ve worked on this from the beginning, and I’m proud of what we’ve built together. These awards belong to our whole team and to the clients who trust us. We had a brilliant night in London, and it’s lovely to bring them home to the Island.

It also won five stars in three Isle of Man categories: Best Estate Agency (Single Office), Best Lettings / Rentals Agency and Best Estate Agency Marketing.

The site and the platform behind it let customers book valuations and viewings instantly, follow every step through their own portal, and make offers online.
The UK Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which have run since 1993. Entries are judged by a panel of more than 100 independent property experts, each reviewing categories in their own field.
An award goes to entries that finish in the top three of their category with at least 60%. Five stars go only to the highest-scoring entry in a category, which must also score at least 75%. Garforth Gray won five stars in four of its five categories.
Garforth Gray’s four five-star results go forward to the International Property Awards. There, the highest-scoring winners from each world region are judged against each other to decide the leading property companies worldwide.
